And again it’s that time of the year when we start deep cleaning, de-cluttering, re-decorating our little space to welcome Father Christmas. It’s the best time of the year for all of us, I am sure. I always loved December specially because I love winters and I love snow. Not that we see a lot of snow around here in London anymore. Christmas has always been one of those festivals that we love celebrating as a family specially after having our little one.

As most of the families, we have a few Christmas traditions that we follow every year. Some of them are making our own Christmas wreath for our front door, decorating our front door with lights, putting up Christmas tree of course, preparing and putting up advent calendar for my little one (this year I coloured the advent calendar myself to make it look colourful and pretty), we also had our first attempt to make some Christmas cookies at home (turned out pretty good to be honest), making our own greeting cards for friends and neighbours and giving away toys to charity for children in need.
